Our fruit is farm fresh – whether it’s from down the road, or the other side of the world
Although Williamson’s has been built on our reputation for suppling the best local, seasonal vegetables, we also stock a full spectrum of fruits from this country and abroad.
Much of the seasonal fruit we sell is grown within a few miles of our base in East Yorkshire, with delicious British strawberries and other soft fruits coming from as nearby as Brough.
Fruits are delivered from local growers several times a week, ensuring all of the produce we sell is the freshest that can be sourced.
As a wholesaler, we speak to local growers on a daily basis, so we have our finger on the pulse of what is available when and can tailor our offering to the demands of our customers.
As well as seasonal, British-grown produce, Williamson’s imports fruits from all around the world to ensure we can supply everything our clients need to keep their customers happy.
To buy from abroad, we work with a trusted network of agents who only source from the highest quality growers. Doing this guarantees the quality of the fruit we buy from outside the UK.
With produce arriving on a daily basis from Spain, France, Italy, Holland, South Africa, New Zealand, Chile and elsewhere, we are committed to supplying a full range of fruits to meet the ever-changing tastes of consumers.
